On or about the 15th of each month, Jan sends out an E-Reflection which is designed to help you experience a greater sense of awareness, productivity and contentment in your every day life.
You may use the E-Reflection in whatever way is meaningful to you. Some people print them out and set aside a special time to read and process through them. Others keep a journal and dialogue with the topic and/or questions provided. While others keep the E-Reflection in their inbox and simply reread it from time to time throughout the month in order to keep them focused on the theme. Experiment and find what works for you.
At the end of each E-Reflection you’ll find a suggested action and affirmation which you can also incorporate into your process if desired.
